We have selected the best all natural flavors to use in making our Barley Candies.
You can choose to order a Standard assortment of “Only Fruit” , “Our Favorite”, or “All One Flavor”.
Spice, Heirloom or selected flavor assortments are available at the custom price.
Our New Cobbler Flavors combine fruits, vanilla, real butter and spices to recreate New England desert favorite.
Spice Flavors may be included at Christmas for no extra charge.
You can custom order your candies with “No Color Added” if you have a sensitivity to a color,
or order flavors marked with the* and tell us you want them labeled with no color added

Assortments vary - not all flavors will appear in every order. Inclusion of a specific flavor is subject to availability.
Shade of color will vary, (even on custom orders) as all candies are made individually by hand.

Many people have asked me which are our best flavors...

If you are buying for children I usually suggest Only Fruit as these are the most familiar,

For adults I suggest including Our Favorites, they are not as colorful but they are delicious (we call them "our favorites" for a reason).

The Spice assortment is like a box of old fashioned ribbon candy and includes the spice flavors you may remember but don't usually find.

We are introducing our new Heirloom assortment, these are a collection of the flavors my grandmother preferred.

I have my personal favorites, many of them are an unexpected pleasure...

Butterscotch (you can taste the difference real butter makes)

Peach (all the flavor without the fuzz)

Red Raspberry (all of our berries are good, but this one is my personal favorite)

Orange-Pineapple (it's like a mouth full of sunshine)

Chocolate (they have chocolate in them, look like chocolate, but they're barley candy so they last a lot longer)

Sweet Birch (as a small child growing up in New England my favorite "soda pop" was Birch Beer so this one really takes me back)

We have been searching for more than 30 years to find the best flavors,

so it shouldn't be too much of a surprise that our candies are not only beautiful but delicious too.

The last time I counted we were at 74 different flavors, though we are still looking...

What's in it?
The ingredients of our Barley Candy are as follows:
Cane Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water. Barley Water, Natural Flavors & Certified food colors
(may contain: Red #40 & 3 Blue #1 Yellow # 5 & 6, Titanium Dioxide.)
Colors:
Red has red #40
Yellow has yellow #5
Green has Yellow #5 & Blue #1
Blue & Purple have Red #40 & blue #1
Pink has Red #3
Orange has yellow #6 and Red #40
Titanium dioxide is in white or opaque colors only.
You can order your candies with "no color added" if you have a sensitivity to a color.
We do not use nuts in any of our candies,
for the safety of our customers who have allergies.
Real butter is added to our Butterscotch, Butter-Rum, and our newest flavor Apple Pie.
